We kicked off our first wedding of the 2017 season at Ole Hanson Beach Club in San Clemente. This wedding was especially sweet because we got to work alongside a former bride of ours, who now works for 24 Carrots Catering.
You can’t exactly go wrong in Southern California to pick a wedding date that will provide great weather, but weddings in March can be a bit of a gamble. We watched all week and sure enough, rain was in the forecast! With much wishful thinking, stormy clouds rolled away that morning and we were left with sunshine! The day was nothing short of perfect for our sweet clients, Denise and Roger. They chose to have an intimate affair with those closest to them and you could really feel the love emanating from each guest. The ceremony took place on the venue’s lawn right with ocean views behind them after which guests moved upstairs to enjoy cocktail hour, dinner and dancing. Oh- and the perfect little addition to the day? The couple’s dog, Pica, who definitely stole the show!
