Megan was a super informed and attentive planner! She was very organized in timelines leading up to the wedding, creative with her ideas and suggestions, and flexible to last minute changes - which turned out to be very necessary as it poured rain at our outdoor venue the day of our wedding! I chose her because of reviews like this combined with the fact that she was familiar with our venue and many vendors in the southern California area. I was super happy to work with her over the months and weeks leading up to our wedding, and would recommend her to a friend!

My experience working with and hiring Megan is that she: - Keeps things very real; authentic and transparent communicator (the biggest pro in our book) - Made wedding planning actually fun and enjoyable for me and also my stress level was always close to zero for a whole year of planning. This I hear is unheard of in the wedding world, so I think that’s saying a lot. - Is very well connected with wedding vendors, especially local ones in Southern California. - Is thoughtful in personalizing your wedding (and I don’t use this word lightly) - Is culturally sensitive, LGBTQ+ friendly, compassionate about my disability, etc. basically a great wholesome human being. - Has an IMPECCABLE eye for detail and design (very important if you’re hiring a planner for a full service wedding package!) I felt genuinely taken care of through so many of her actions and thoughtful recommendations. Oh, and to clarify: When I say Megan is super creative, I don’t just mean that she’s a great planner and designer. Rather, I mean that she’s a super problem solver. She’s amazing at solving problems on the fly, thinking from first principles but also with an open mind, helping me expand/stretch their vision and planning an absolutely fantabulous wedding experience. Megan is truly the BEST wedding coordinator I could ever imagine working with. She is creative, organized, attentive to detail, responsive, and has an AMAZING eye for design. I love that she curated such personalized and memorable wedding details - such as our placecard display, our personalized floor decal and wall gobo, personalized signage, our unique dinner menus and more. Megan made sure we were on track with every decision that had to be made, and all payments to vendors. Additionally, Megan is such a pleasure to work with - she is kind, responsive, and an extremely hard worker. Megan really nailed the day of execution and put up with my very detail oriented-self throughout the planning process. She also worked hard to help us find vendors and solutions within our budget ranges. On the day of the wedding, she kept the show running very smoothly - we were on time, there were no hiccups, and she even had my decorative lighting rehung when she knew it wasn't *exactly* how I had envisioned it.
