We rang in 2016 with a wedding at one of our dream venues, Rancho Las Lomas, located in Silverado, California. It’s a resort and zoological garden nestled in the hills of eastern Orange County, and has not only cute bungalows where you can stay overnight, but is also home to exotic animals like tigers, zebras, and macaws!
Colette and Payam’s wedding was filled with New Year’s Eve themed decor like champagne, clocks, and of course, some glitz! They exchanged vows outside in the open air theater called, El Teatro, nestled under ancient oak and sycamore trees. The reception was in the same space under a heated clear tent. Trust me, we needed the heat that night! Guests dined on caprese skewers, ceviche salad, and entrees of bistro filet or butternut squash ravioli.
Later that evening, guests were invited upstairs to the Grand Salon to continue dancing for the NYE countdown.
