PARTIAL PLANNING and design assistance
Are you halfway there and feeling stuck? This package option is for couples who have selected their venue and most vendors, but need help figuring out the rest. Similarly, this package is for you if you've hired all vendors and taken care of the bulk of the logistics but need a designer's eye for the decor. We will help execute your vision the rest of the way as well as be on the sidelines to lend professional advice. A custom quote based on your needs is available after an initial consultation. Please note that while we will recommend a strong vendor team, clients are responsible to the actual hiring of vendors on their own. Here's what you can expect:
3 in-person meetings (one used for venue walk-through if it’s our first time at that location)
Vendor recommendations (client does all booking with this package)
Creation of a detailed master timeline of event day
Confirmation of vendor services, and set-up and strike times
Personalized checklists/ “to do’s” via our online planning program where we will also house the guest list, timeline, vendor contracts, and notes.
Full event day coordination (see wedding management package for details)
Advice and etiquette according to industry standards
This package starts at $4,500 for guest counts of 100 or less at a full service venue and begins at 8 months or less before the wedding day. Travel fees apply for weddings outside of LA or OC Counties.
