This is an all-hands-on-deck package, helping you with every detail from start to finish.  Let’s be honest, planning a wedding can become your part-time job and can add some major confusion, stress, and that “I don’t know where to begin!” feeling. We pull together floral design, linens, stationery, ambient lighting, and creative displays, all with a specific color palette to create a harmonious atmosphere specific to you and your other half’s personalities. The benefit of full service planning is that, thanks to our experience, we're able to suggest more cost efficient options, and can think ahead to better avoid potential road blocks.  We take the stress away from you so that you can sit back and actually enjoy such a special time in your life. This top tier option includes full design, as well as selection and management of your vendor team.  Here's what you can expect:

  • Vendor booking for all aspects as well as becoming main point of contact for your vendor team

  • Unlimited emails and phone calls

  • Venue walk-through and participation with you at vendor meetings

  • Design proposal and sourcing of decor for both ceremony and reception

  • Tablescape mock-up with florist

  • Creation of custom budget with budget management (including payment reminders)

  • Customized checklist of monthly "to dos"

  • Creation of a detailed master timeline of event day

  • Floor plan for ceremony and reception

  • Full event day coordination (see wedding management package for details)

  • Use of our online planning platform where the guest list, budget, vendor contracts, checklist, timeline, design photos, color palette, and plenty of other notes will be stored and organized for easy collaboration

  • Advice and etiquette according to industry standards

This package starts at $6,750 for guest counts of 100 or less at a full service venue and begins at 18 months out or less. Travel fees apply for weddings outside of LA or OC Counties.
