Louise & Third will manage all of your vendors and help tie up any loose ends so that you can have a stress-free day. Here are a few details of what to expect:
1 in-person meeting with venue walk-through
Creation of a detailed master timeline of event day
Confirmation of vendor services, set-up and strike
Wedding ceremony rehearsal
Serve as point person throughout event (coordination assistants added based on guest count and overall logistics)
Keep the day running smoothly and according to the timeline
Anticipation of any challenges leading up to or on the event day.
Set-up of any small decorative details; table numbers, escort cards, favors, menus, etc.
Cues to DJ/musicians, photographer and videographer of all formalities such as grand entrance, first dance, toasts, etc.
Management of any final vendor payments and/or gratuities
Security of gifts and other personal belongings in a safe location at the end of the evening.
This package starts at $1,800 for guest counts of 100 or less and begins 6 weeks before the wedding day. Travel fees apply for weddings outside of LA or OC Counties.
