More commonly known as Wedding Coordination, Louise & Third will manage all of your vendors and help tie up any loose ends so that you can have a stress-free day. Here are a few details of what to expect:
1 in-person meeting 6 weeks before the wedding
Creation of a detailed master timeline of event day
Confirmation of vendor services, set-up and strike
Access to our online planning platform to help you organize your guest list, vendor contracts and more (access once services are booked)
Conducting wedding ceremony rehearsal
Serve as point person throughout event (coordination assistants added based on guest count and overall logistics)
Keep the day running smoothly and according to the timeline
Anticipation of any challenges leading up to or on the event day.
Set-up of any small decorative details such as table numbers, escort cards, favors, menus, etc.
Cue DJ/musicians, photographer and videographer of all formalities such as grand entrance, first dance, toasts, etc.
Security of gifts and other personal belongings in a safe location at the end of the evening.
This package starts at $2,000 for guest counts of 100 or less and begins 6 weeks before the wedding day with periodic check-ins via email and monitoring throughout your planning journey.
Travel fees apply for weddings outside of LA or OC Counties.
